浅谈针对性护理在腰间盘突出治疗中的应用价值

Talking about the Application of Targeted Nursing in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的将针对性护理用于治疗腰间盘突出,分析其护理价值。方法对我院2016年10月至2017年10月收治的960例腰间盘突出患者进行分组研究,其中对常规组实施基础护理,针对组在此基础上给予针对性护理。比较不同护理方式的护理结果。结果针对性护理总有效率为97.29%,对比常规组88.13%,明显更高(P<0.05);针对组住院时间、住院费用、护理总评分等指标与常规组比较,明显更好(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理应用于腰间盘突出治疗中价值较高,可缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用,值得应用。

Objective To treat targeted lumbar disc herniation and analyze the nursing value. Methods A total of 960 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were divided into groups. The patients in the conventional group were given basic nursing, on the basis of this, the targeted group gave the targeted nursing. Compare the nursing results of different nursing methods. Results The total effective rate of targeted nursing was 97.29%, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group（P〈0.05）. The hospitalization time, hospitalization cost and total nursing score of targeted group were significantly better than those of the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in higher value, can shorten the length of stay, reduce medical costs, it is worth applying.
