摘要
在某发射车起竖液压系统中,负载起竖至过重心后,反腔平衡阀会变为小开口节流状态,实现负载平衡。但若反腔平衡阀阀芯在开口减小过程中发生卡滞,则会造成负载在过重心后发生失控下落。该文提出了监测起竖角速度变化并报警急停的控制措施,并通过AMESim仿真分析,验证了控制措施的有效性,系统到位冲击力和振动加速度大幅降低,可以保证起竖液压系统的安全性。
In the hydraulic erection system of a launching vehicle, The balance valve in rod cavity will become throttling when the load is erected over the center of gravity. If the main valve element of the balance valve is jammed in the process of movement, the load may fall out of control. Monitor the angular velocity variation to sudden stop and alert, which is the control measures this paper presents. The effectiveness of this control measures has been verified by the simulation analysis of AMESim. The impact force and vibration acceleration has been reduced remarkably. The safely of the hydraulic erection system can be ensured.
