该文介绍基于LabVIEW软件的试验技术,通过LabVIEW软件的仿真程序,对试验多路阀进行数据采集及分析,进行性能试验分析。针对挖机用多路阀使用性能,编写特定试验程序,通过电脑操作、数据采集、分析,实现对挖机用多路阀性能测试,保证多路阀使用效果,提高产品精准性、稳定性。

This paper introduces the test technology based on LabVIEW software. Through the simulation program of LabVIEW software, the data acquisition and analysis of the test multiway valve are carried out, and the performance test is analyzed. According to the performance of multi way valve with a digging machine, write a specific test program, through computer operation, data acquisition, analysis, implementation of the excavator performance multi valve test, to ensure the valve use effect, improve the precision and stability of the product.
