囊肿切除术在卵巢囊肿治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Cyst Excision in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts

目的对卵巢囊肿患者实施囊肿切除术,观察分析临床治疗效果。方法选取我院自2015年1月至2017年6月收治的卵巢囊肿患者96例资料进行回顾性分析。随机分为治疗组、对照组各48例。对照组的患者采用传统开腹手术将卵巢囊肿切除,治疗组患者在腹腔镜下实施卵巢囊肿切除术,对两组患者的临床治疗效果、术后排卵、性激素水平、月经变化、妊娠情况进行对比分析。结果经过手术治疗后,在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院天数、抗生素使用、妊娠率、妊娠高峰时间等方面,治疗组均优于对照组,且具有统计学意义上的差异明显。结论对卵巢囊肿患者实施囊肿切除术,在腹腔镜下进行操作,能够在确保手术治疗效果的同时,更好地保护卵巢功能,提高妊娠率,安全可靠,值得临床上推广使用。

Objective The patients with ovarian cysts were treated with cyst excision, and the effect of clinical treatment was observed and analyzed. Methods The data of 96 cases of ovarian cysts from January 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Randomly divided into treatment group, control group 48 cases. Will be in the control group were treated by traditional laparotomy ovarian cyst excision, the treatment group patients in laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, ovulation, sex hormone levels after operation, menstrual changes, pregnancies were analyzed. Results after surgery, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization days, antibiotic use, pregnancy rate, pregnancy, peak time and so on, the treatment group were superior to control group, with statistically significant differences. Conclusion implement cyst resection in patients with ovarian cyst, under laparoscopic operation, to ensure the effect of surgical treatment at the same time, better protect the ovarian function, increase the rate of pregnancy, safe and reliable, is worth popularizing clinically used.
