探讨持续改进内科病房护理管理质量的意义

To Discuss the Significance of Improving the Quality of Nursing Management in Internal Medicine Ward

目的研究和分析改进病房内护理以及管理质量对患者病情治疗的重要意义。方法选取我院科室收治的200名患者随机划分为观察组与对照组,对照组进行常规、传统的护理模式,观察组则采取持续改进的护理管理措施。结果观察组患者在护理前后的满意程度以及在治疗前后各种效果的变化都显著优于对照组,且相关管理人员的风险控制也高于对照组,P<0.05,数据结果有统计学意义。结论对患者实施全面持续改进的病房护理干预可以有效提高患者的满意程度以及提高医者对患者病情的风险控制,持续改进内科病房护理的管理质量,在患者中取得了明显良好的效果,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the importance of improving the quality of nursing and management in the ward for the treatment of patients. Methods Selecting our department treated 200 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the conventional and traditional nursing mode in the control group, while the observation group took continuous improved nursing management measures. Results The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group before and after the treatment, and the changes of all the effects before and after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group, and the risk control of the related managers was also higher than that in the control group. P〈0.05, the data were statistically significant. Conclusion Ward comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with continuous improvement can effectively improve the patient＇s satisfaction and improve the medical risk of disease control, continuous improvement of the quality management department ward nursing, and achieved remarkable good results in patients, is worthy of promotion.
