观察胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗塞室性心律失常的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Amiodarone in the Treatment of Ventricular Arrhythmia in Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探究观察胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗塞室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院于2015年3月至2017年3月收治的100例急性心梗室性心律失常患者,同时分成两组,分别命名为观察组和对照组,对照组给予利多卡因进行治疗,观察组给予静脉注射胺碘酮和口服剂量,用药后观察对比两组治疗效果以及不良反应的出现情况。结果对照组的总有效率为72.00%,观察组的总有效率为92.00%,对比组间数据,差异具有统计学意义;同时两组在用药前后的心率及常规十二导联心电图、LVEF、FS、E/A指标上的差异均具有统计学意义。结论胺碘酮在治疗急性心梗室性心律失常患者上的效果显著,不良反应的发生率较低,在一定程度上还可以改善患者心率,安全有效,值得临床上借鉴和推广。但治疗中要注意个体化,严密监测患者的心率变化。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of acute ventricular arrhythmia. Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of acute myocardial arrhythmia in our hospital in March 2015 to March 2017 were divided into two groups, named observation group and control group, the control group was given lidocaine for treatment, and the observation group was given intravenous amiodarone and oral dosage, and the results of treatment were compared with those of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 72%, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 92%, and the difference was statistically significant; At the same time, the difference of heart rate and routine 12-lead ECG, LVEF, FS and E/A in the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion Amiodarone in the treatment of acute cardiac arrhythmia in patients with a significant effect, the incidence of adverse reactions is also relatively low, to some extent, can improve the heart rate, safe and effective, worthy of clinical reference or promotion. However, the treatment should be individualized, closely monitor the patient＇s heart rate changes.
