基于“工学结合”的医学专科学校人才培养模式研究

Research on Talents Cultivation Model of Medical College Based on “Combination of Work and Study”

目的探讨对医学高等专科学校开展工学结合模式遇到的问题,研究并讨论如何完善人才培养模式。方法对中医药高等专科学校开展工学结合模式过程中遇到的问题进行分析,采用文献研究法收集大量文献以作参考,对中医药高等专科学校工学结合现状及进行梳理,并通过调查研究法、比较研究法以及案例分析法找出工学结合模式存在的问题。结果本研究找出了工学结合人才培养模式的阻力以积极要解决的实际问题,结合工学模式动因提出解决问题的建议。结论通过理清校企合作,工学结合的具体实施流程,积极开展医学专科人才培养,有利于促进我国高等医学类工学结合的发展。

Objective To explore the problems encountered in carrying out the combination of work and study in medical colleges, and to study and discuss how to perfect the model of personnel training. Methods To analyze the problems encountered in the process of combination of work and study in Chinese medicine colleges and universities, and to collect a large number of documents by literature research method for reference. Combining with the current situation of work-study combination in TCM colleges and universities, Method, comparative research method and case analysis method to find out the problems existing in the combination of work and study. Results This study found that the combination of engineering and training personnel training mode to actively solve the practical problems, combined with engineering model motivation to solve the problem recommendations. Conclusions By clarifying the concrete implementation process of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination and actively carrying out training of medical professionals, it is helpful to promote the development of combination of work and study in higher medical education in our country.
