基于移动平台的异位妊娠翻转课堂教学效果研究

摘要 目的在异位妊娠课程的教学中以移动平台为载体,实施翻转课堂教学,积极探索更适合异位妊娠课程的教学方法。方法选择妇科2016级、2017级护生共100名护生为研究对象。其中2016级轮转妇科护生50名作为对照组、2017级轮转妇科护生50名为观察组。对对照组护生采用传统的教学模式,对观察组护生利用移动平台实施翻转课堂教学。比较两组理论考试成绩和护生授课评价。结果观察组理论考试成绩和护生授课评价均优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学差异。结论异位妊娠教学中借助移动平台开展翻转课堂可以取得较好的教学效果。 Objective In the course of ectopic pregnancy, the mobile platform is used as a carrier to carry out the flipping class teaching and actively explore the teaching method which is more suitable for ectopic pregnancy course. Methods A total of 100 cases of nursing students from the 2016 and 2017 grade nursing students were selected as the research subjects. Among them, 50 cases of the 2016 grade rotating gynecologic nursing students were selected as the control group, and 50 cases of the 2017 grade rotation gynecologic nursing students were selected as the observation group. The traditional teaching model was adopted for the nursing students in the control group. The mobile platform was used to carry out the flipping class teaching for the nursing students of the observation group. The theoretical examination results and nursing students' teaching evaluation of the two groups were compared. Results The results of the theoretical examination and the evaluation of the nursing students in the observation group were better than those of the control group, P〈0.05, and there were statistical differences. Conclusion In the teaching of ectopic pregnancy, a better teaching effect can be achieved by using the mobile platform to carry out the flipping class.
