研究中西医结合治疗腔隙性脑梗塞患者的临床疗效

To Study the Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Patients with Lacunar Infarction

目的观察中西医联合治疗腔隙性脑梗塞患者的临床效果。方法研究对象选自2014年9月至2016年8月我院收治的69例腔隙性脑梗塞患者为研究对象,随机分组,对照组行单纯西药治疗,观察组患者中西药联合治疗,对比两组临床效果与不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,显著优于对照组79.41%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为5.71%,显著低于对照组14.70%(P<0.05)。结论使用中西医联合治疗腔隙性脑梗塞患者疗效显著,且能降低患者不良反应发生情况,安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with lacunar infarction. Methods 69 cases of lacunar cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from May 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the subjects, The treatment method was divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with pure western medicine, and the patients in the observation group were treated with western medicine, compared two groups of clinical effects and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%, which was significantly better than that of the control group 79.41%,（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.71%, significantly lower than that in the control group 14.70%,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of patients with lacunar infarction using traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant effect, and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with high safety, it is worth applying.
