Nursing Care of 1 Case of Patient with Tracheotomy with Holmium Laser Resection of Multiple Granulation Tissue

目的探讨气管切开肉芽组织行钬激光切除术的护理措施及效果。方法对该例气管切开肉芽组织行钬激光切除术患者给予气道管理、病情观察、心理护理、并发症的预防等多方面精心的护理。结果患者治疗效果令人满意。结论气管切开肉芽组织行钬激光切除术效果满意,但需要做好围术期的护理工作,以保证治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the nursing measures and effect of holmium laser resection of tracheotomy granulation tissue. Methods The case of holmium laser resection of tracheotomy granulation tissue was nursed with airway care, observation of illness, psychological care, prevention of complications, etc. Results The curative effect of the patient was satisfactory. Conclusion The effect of holmium laser resection of tracheotomy for granulation tissue is satisfactory,however, it is necessary to do a good job of perioperative nursing in order to ensure the effect of the treatment.
