摘要
目的分析心律失常患者的动态心电图特征与护理。方法参考组选择常规12导同步心电图检查及一般护理干预,实验组选择动态心电图检查。结果经过分析,实验组远远强于参考组,差异较大,具有临床对比价值。结论对于心律失常病人进行动态心电图检查与整理护理,能够提高检出率。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and nursing of dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with arrhythmia. Methods The reference group selected the routine 12 conduction synchronous electrocardiogram examination and general nursing intervention, and the experimental group chose the dynamic electrocardiogram examination. Results After analysis, the experimental group is much stronger than the reference group, and the difference is large and has the clinical contrast value. Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram examination and nursing care for patients with arrhythmia can improve the detection rate.
