锁定加压钢板在四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果研究

目的对治疗四肢骨折中使用锁定加压钢板的实际效果进行研究分析。方法选择2016年4月至2017年4月在我院进行治疗的四肢骨折患者共160例作为研究分析对象,将所有患者随机分为观察组、对照组,对照组使用单纯的钢板螺钉内固定进行治疗,观察组使用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,将两组患者的治疗效果、并发症出现情况以及手术后疼痛感评分进行对比。结果在治疗效率以及手术后疼痛感评分方面,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),在并发症出现情况方面,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论在治疗四肢骨折中,使用锁定加压钢板的治疗方式有显著的疗效,患者疼痛感更低,安全性更高,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。
