胆汁反流性胃炎应用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗的效果

Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis with Chaihushugan San Effect of Treatment

目的观察分析胆汁反流性胃炎应用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗的效果。方法选取我院2016年8月至2017年8月接诊的170例胆汁反流性胃炎患者纳入到随机对照试验中。采取随机数字表法将170例患者分为观察组(n=85)和对照组(n=85)。对照组患者采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗。观察两组170例患者的临床疗效。结果观察组85例患者有效率明显高于对照组,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎可迅速改善患者症状,较之单纯应用西药临床疗效更加显著,值得广泛临床推广以及实践。

Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods A total of 170 patients with bile reflux gastritis admitted from August 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital were enrolled in randomized controlled trials. 170 patients were divided into observation group（n=85） and control group（n=85） by random number table method. The clinical efficacy of 170 patients in both groups was observed. Results The effective rate of 85 cases in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder treatment of bile reflux gastritis can quickly improve the symptoms of patients, compared with the simple clinical effect of Western medicine is more significant, the value of a wide range of clinical promotion and practice.
