骨增量技术在牙槽骨严重缺损植骨重建种植修复中的临床应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析骨增量技术应用于牙槽骨严重缺损植骨重建种植修复中效果。方法选取2013年2月至2016年8月我院收治60例牙槽骨严重缺损患者,根据患者不同缺损类型采用针对性治疗方法对其植骨重建种植修复,并观察种植效果。结果患者应用骨增量技术植骨重建种植修复情况:本组60例牙槽骨严重缺损患者应用不同骨增量技术后,均取得显著疗效。其中植骨成功57例,植骨成功率95%(57/60),植骨存活54例,存活率94.7%(54/57),对整体效果满意患者49例,满意率85.9%(49/57),对患者进行种植修复,完全存活46例,存活率80.7%(46/57)。结论牙槽骨缺损类型繁多,种植修复方法也多种多样,应根据患者牙槽骨缺损类型选择合适的种植修复方法。 Objective To analyze the effect of bone augmentation technique in compound implants in reconstructing and repairing the grafts with severe defects of alveolar bone. Methods From February 2013 to August 2016, 60 patients with severe alveolar bone defects were treated in our hospital. According to the different types of patients, targeted therapy was used to implant and repair the compound implants and the effects of planting were observed. Results The patients were treated with bone graft, bone graft and reconstruction: In this group, 60 patients with severe alveolar bone defects were treated with different bone increment techniques. Bone graft success was achieved in 57 cases, bone graft success rate was 95%(57/60), bone graft survival rate was 54, survival rate was 94.7%(54/57), the overall effect was satisfactory, 49 patients were satisfied, the satisfaction rate was 85.9%(49/57), and the patients were implanted and repaired, and 46 cases survived completely, and the survival rate was 80.7%(46/57). Conclusion There are many types of alveolar bone defects and various methods of implant repair. According to the type of alveolar bone defects, the appropriate method of implant repair should be selected.
