固定义齿修复后食物嵌塞的原因及进行树脂嵌体修复的疗效观察

Reasons of Food Impaction after Fixation of Denture and Efficacy of Resin Inlay Repair

目的对固定义齿修复后食物嵌塞的原因以及进行树脂嵌体修复的疗效进行观察和分析。方法选取我院2013年2月至2015年2月共50例固定义齿修复后食物嵌塞的患者为研究对象,根据电脑分配方式随机分为对照组以及研究组,两组均为25例。对照组所采用的方式为复合树脂治疗;而研究组所采用的方式为树脂嵌体治疗方式。结果随访2年,对比两组患者的治疗效果,其对照组的总有效率为60%,研究组中的总有效率为92%,研究组明显高于对照组的总有效率,P<0.05,有明显差异,有统计学意义。结论采用树脂嵌体修复来解决食物嵌塞其疗效甚佳,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To observe and analyze the causes of food impingement after fixed denture restoration and the therapeutic effect of resin inlay repair. Methods From February 2013 to February 2015, a total of 50 patients with fixed denture after food embedded plug as the research object, according to the computer allocation were randomly divided into control group and research group, two groups of are in 25 cases. The control group was treated with compound resin, and the method used by the research group was resin inlay treatment. Results Followed up for 2 years, and contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients, the total effective rate was 60% in the control group, the total effective rate was 92% in group, the group is significantly higher than the control group total effective rate, P〈0.05, there is obvious difference was statistically significant. Conclusion It is very effective to use resin inlay to fix the food and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
