摘要
以淮安市第一人民医院为例,介绍自助机使用现状、自助系统架构及功能,阐述自助机运维管理及运行效果,分析存在的问题并进行展望,指出自助机应用能够提高医院就诊效率及患者满意度。
Taking the Huaian First People’s Hospital as an example, the paper introduces the application situation, system architecture and functions of self-help machines, elaborates on maintenance, management and operation effect of self-help machines, analyzes the existing problems and discusses the prospect, and points out that application of self-help machines will enhance work efficiency of hospitals and improve patient satisfaction.
