藏区学校心理健康教育师资培养模式研究

摘要 本文以藏族自治州5所中学为研究对象,对其心理健康教育师资队伍现状做了调查分析。针对心理健康教育师资队伍建设滞后的现状,结合心理健康教育教师不同的任务分工,在藏区心理健康教育师资培养中以阶段性、逐步地推进培养初级、中级和高级三个层次的心理健康教育师资,来加快民族地区心理健康教育师资队伍。 This paper studies the present situation of education teachers in the psychological health of the five secondary schools in Tibetan autonomous prefecture. Based on the status quo of mental health education teachers team construction lag, according to different tasks, mental health education teachers in Tibetan areas in the mental health education teacher training in stages, gradually into the cultivation of the elementary, intermediate and advanced three levels of mental health education teachers, to speed up the mental health education teachers in ethnic minority areas.
