摘要
研究了硫化体系、填料种类和用量以及发泡剂用量对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)微孔垫板静刚度和动静刚度比的影响。结果表明,随着炭黑用量的增大,微孔垫板静刚度增大;随着白炭黑用量的增大,微孔垫板静刚度减小;随着发泡剂用量的增大,微孔垫板静刚度减小。随着炭黑用量的增大,动静刚度比增大;随白炭黑用量的增大,动静刚度比增大;随发泡剂用量的增大,动静刚度比减小。最后得出最佳胶料配方。
Effects of curing system,types and amount of filler and amount of foaming agent on static stiffness and static-dynamic stiffness ratioes of EPDM micro-cellular rubber plate were researched.The results showed that the static stiffness increased with the increase of the amount of carbon black.The static stiffness decreased with the increase of the amount of silica or the increase of the amount of blowing agent.The static-dynamic stiffness ratioes increased with the increase of the amount of carbon black or the increase of the amount of silica.The static-dynamic stiffness ratioes decreased with the increase of the amount of foaming agent.The optimum formula was concluded.
