过氧化物硫化三元乙丙橡胶力学性能研究

Study on Mechanical Properties of EPDM vulcanized with Peroxide

采用正交试验法,研究了过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)/三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)配比、炭黑N330用量和石蜡油SUNPAR2280用量对EPDM力学性能的影响。结果表明,在试验范围内,炭黑N330和石蜡油SUNPAR2280用量均对硫化胶硬度有显著影响,炭黑用量影响程度较石蜡油的大;炭黑N330用量对拉伸强度有显著影响;石蜡油用量对拉断伸长率有显著影响;DCP/TAIC配比对硬度、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率的影响均不显著。

Effects of dicumyl peroxide（DCP）/triallylisocyanurate（TAIC）ratioes,carbon black N330 amount and paraffin oil SUNPAR2280 amount on mechanical properties of EPDM were studied by using orthogonal test.The results indicated that carbon black N330 amount and paraffin oil SUNPAR2280 amount had significant effects on the hardness in the experimental range.The influence degree of carbon black N330 was bigger than that of paraffin oil SUNPAR2280.Carbon black N330 amount had a significant effect on the tensile strength.The paraffin oil SUNPAR2280 amount had a significant effect on the elongation at break.DCP/TAIC ratioes had less effect on the hardness,tensile strength and elongation at break.
