摘要 针对太阳能热发电技术中熔盐-水蒸气过热器提出3种结构设计方案:两台串联U形管式、单台发夹式和单台绕管式。利用HTRI和绕管式换热器专用计算软件进行工艺模拟,并进行设备的初步设计。通过全方面对比分析,认为目前发夹式过热器是比较成熟、商业化运行较多的一种结构形式,而绕管式过热器则具有更广阔的发展前景。 The three structure design schemes for molten salt-vapour superheater were proposed in solar thermal generation,of which,two U-tubes are in series,the single hairpin and the single spiral tube are adopted respectively and HTRI and the dedicated calculation software for tube heat exchangers were employed in simulating the process and the initial design. Comparison and analysis show that,the hairpin superheater is a relatively mature device which enjoys wider commercial operation and the spiral tube heat exchanger has a broader development prospects.
