摘要
输电线路覆冰灾害是影响电力系统安全运行的严重威胁之一。在线路覆冰初期如何采取简单有效的方法实现融冰,是目前电力系统中削除覆冰灾害的一个重要研究内容。从电网实际安全运行角度出发,提出一种基于负荷跟踪调整及无功补偿相结合的线路初期融冰方法。该方法在线路覆冰初期,自动跟踪线路输送的有功及无功容量,通过调整线路运行方式以及采取合理无功补偿措施,增加线路有功电流,使线路发热量增加,达到融冰目的。通过仿真实验验证了文中所提方法的可行性,该方法可为我国电力系统面临的初期融冰问题提供重要技术支持。
The disaster of icing on transmission line is a serious threat to the safe operation of power system. The way of melting ice on the transmission line in the early stage simply and e? ectively is an important research topic of eliminating the ice disasters in power grid at present. A method of de-icing in the early stage of transmission line ice coating based on load tracking adjustment and reactive power compensation is presented from the perspective of the safe operation of power grid. The method can change operating mode of power line and take appropriate measures of reactive power compensation by automatically tracking the active and reactive power capacity. The active current and calorific value of line will increase so that the purpose of ice melting can be achieved. The simulations and experiments verify the feasibility of the proposed method and provide important technical supports for the early de-icing problems of power system in present-day China.
