考虑光伏并网不确定性的需求侧分时电价运营策略 被引量:3

摘要 针对分布式光伏电源并网对配电网源荷运行特性的影响,本文首先结合消费心理学分析了用户需求对分时电价的响应特性,接着研究了统计配电网供给侧运营成本效益,以及描述光伏电源并网输出不确定性的数学模型。在此基础上,基于模糊机会约束理论,提出了配电网考虑分布式电源并网不确定性和需求侧可中断负荷的分时电价优化运营模型,进而结合机会约束等式和粒子群优化算法,研究了所提电价优化运营模型的求解方法,最后论证了所提电价运营策略的可行性。 Aim to the distribution network integration of distributed photovoltaic generators(PVs) and its influences on the operation characteristics of power supply side and load demand side, the time-of-use electricity price based active operation strategy is studied in this paper. At first, the response characteristic of load demand side to time-of-use(TOU) electricity price is analyzed based on consumer psychology. Then, the statistics model to calculate the operation cost of power supply side and the model to describe output uncertainty of Grid-connected PVs are studied respectively. With the help of the studies and fuzzy chance constrained theory, the optimal operation model of TOU electricity price considering the output uncertainty of PVs and the interruptible load of demand side is presented in further. At the same time, the method for solving the optimal operation model based on chance constrained equation and particle swarm optimization algorithm is developed as well. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed operation strategy is validated by simulation, the results show that TOU electricity priced-based demand side management not only can improve consumption ability of distributed generators for distribution network, but also can increase the utilization of distribution transform capacity.
