摘要
智能配电网保护控制依赖于信息共享,其信息传输需要满足一定的标准规范,然而目前发布的IEC 61580标准尚未涵盖智能配电保护控制领域,为实现配电网保护控制智能装置的互操作,满足互操作的通信需求,文章对IEC61850应用于智能配电网保护控制的数据模型、通信服务映射进行了相关研究,首先对逻辑节点,逻辑设备以及服务器进行搭建,然后,根据配电网保护控制的信息流交互关系确定其报文服务模型,构建基于IEC 61850的智能配电网保护控制通信模型,对实现智能配电网保护控制功能具有重要的现实意义。
