不同品种桑叶中3种活性物质含量测定及综合评价

Determination and Comprehensive Evaluation of Three Kinds of Active Substances in Mulberry Leaves of Different Varieties

为筛选出桑叶药用专用品种,测定了54个桑品种的桑叶中黄酮、多酚、多糖3种活性物质含量,发现不同品种间这3种活性物质的含量差异较大。用隶属函数分析的结果,综合品质较好的5个桑品种依次是特优2号、道真桑、206、盛南、白玉王,特优2号可作为桑叶药用开发的专用品种资源。

In order to screen the special varieties of mulberry leaves, the contents of 3 active substances in mulberry leaves,including flavonoids, polyphenols and polysaccharides,were determined in 54 mul berry varieties. It was found that the contents of 3 active substances in different mulberry varieties were quite different. The results of analysis by the membership function show the 5 mulberry varieties with better comprehensive quality were Superior 2, DaoZhen mulberry, 206, ShengNan,Bai Yuwang, a mong which Superior 2 can be used as a special medicinal mulberry variety resources for development.
