摘要
栗蚕蛹发育缓慢,栗蚕蛾羽化分散,不利于栗蚕种生产。本文采用黑暗处理和不同温度处理,研究促进栗蚕蛹发育、缩短栗蚕蛾羽化期的方法。结果表明,黑暗和适温处理栗蚕蛹可缩短栗蚕蛹的发育历期和成虫的羽化期,黑暗处理15d,能缩短栗蚕蛹发育历期25d,缩短成虫羽化期38d;18~26℃处理,能缩短栗蚕蛹发育历期10d以上,缩短成虫羽化期20d以上;26℃最适合栗蚕蛹发育,30℃抑制栗蚕蛾羽化,低温冷藏处理达不到缩短栗蚕蛹发育历期和成虫羽化期的目的。
In order to shorten the eclosion period of Dictypoea japonica and improve the concentration of its eclosion, the methods of dark treatment and different temperature gradient treatment were adopt ed. Dark treatment for 15 days can shorten its pupa development duration by 25d and the adult eclo sion period by 38d; the treatment under 18 to 26℃ can cut down the pupa development duration by o vet 10d and the adult eclosion period by over 20d; 26℃ is the best for pupa development, while 30℃ inhibits the moth's eclosion, low temperature storage treatment cannot shorten pupa development du ration and adult eclosion period.
