内蒙古乌海市居民体力活动与糖尿病的关系

Analysis on associations between physical activity and diabetes among residents in Wuhai City of Inner Mongolia

目的分析内蒙古乌海市居民体力活动与糖尿病的关系。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样,于2014年9-11月对乌海市18～79周岁的常住居民进行横断面研究。通过问卷调查、体格检查、实验室检查收集研究对象人口学信息、体力活动情况、健康状况、糖尿病相关指标及其他协变量信息,最终纳入分析的研究对象7260人。体力活动情况采用国际上广泛使用的国际体力活动问卷(IPAQ)长卷测量。结果调查对象中空腹血糖受损检出率为5.2%,糖尿病患病检出率为8.1%。体力活动充足者空腹血糖受损检出率低于体力活动不足者(OR=0.736,P=0.025);<3000 MET-min/week的工作类活动组糖尿病患病检出率低于无工作类活动组(OR=0.642,P=0.007);≥600 MET-min/week和<600 MET-min/week的家务类活动组空腹血糖受损检出率低于无家务类活动组(OR_1=0.552,P_1=0.001;OR_2=0.632,P_2=0.003),糖尿病检出率低于无家务类活动组(OR_1=0.647,P_1=0.003;OR_2=0.663,P_2=0.002)。结论充足的体力活动与乌海市居民空腹血糖受损的风险降低有关。工作类活动与乌海市居民糖尿病患病风险降低有关,家务类活动与空腹血糖受损和糖尿病患病风险降低有关。

Objective To analyze associations between physical activity and diabetes among residents in Wuhai City of Inner Mongolia. Methods Data about social demographic characteristics, life styles, health status and other covari-ate required for analysis were obtained from a cross-sectional study. 7260 residents aged 18 -79 years old in Wuhai City were surveyed in September to November 2014. Questionnaire, body measurement, laboratory examination were conduc-ted. Physical activity was evaluated by using International Physical Activity Questionnaire Long Version （IPAQ） . Results The prevalence of Impaired Fasting Glucose （IFG） was 5. 2% , and the prevalence of diabetes was 8. 1%. Sufficient physi-cal activity was associated with lower risk of IFG （ OR = 0. 736, P =0. 025 ） . Work related physical activity with volume of 〈3000 MET-min/week was associated with lower risk of diabetes （ OR = 0. 642, P =0. 007 ） , housework related physical activity with volume of ^600 MET-min/week and 〈600 MET-min/week were associated with lower risk of IFG （ OR1 = 0. 552, Px = 0 . 001 ; 0R 2 = 0. 632, P2 = 0.00 3 ） and diabetes （OR1 = 0. 647, = 0. 003 ; 0R 2 = 0. 663 , P2 =0. 002）. Conclusion Sufficient physical activity was associated with lower risk of IFG. Work related physical activity was associated with lower risk of diabetes. Housework related physical activity was associated with lower risk of IFG and diabetes in Wuhai City.
