摘要
文化始终是维系社会秩序的精神"黏合剂",是培育社会成员国家统一意识的深层基础。如何在推进全球化的同时避免狭隘的民族主义、在加紧民族国家建设的同时迎合全球化的大趋势、在强调人民参与政治的同时维持中央政府的权威,这是中国在走向现代化过程中必须要认真对待的问题。边疆民族文化特色化发展,需要正确处理整体与局部、传承与创新、文化认同与国家认同的辩证关系。
Culture is the adhesive in maintaining the social order forever,also is the deep-seated foundation of cultivating the social members'national united consciousness.How to avoid the narrow nationalism in promoting the globalization,to cater to the grand tendency of globalization in strengthening the construction of national state,and to maintain the authority of central Government in emphasizing the people's participation in the politics,which are the problems needed to be treated seriously in Northeast China.The specialization of ethic nations'culture in the frontiers need to be dealt with several dialectical relations including the whole and parts,inheritance and innovation,identification in culture and nations.
