衍圣公府礼食制度研究——基于梳理《衍圣公府档案》的认识

中国历代封建政权,为求一姓国家社会和谐、皇权稳固而承续推行"优渥圣裔"的政策,以标榜其"崇儒术"之心,形成了衍圣公位极人臣的尊崇地位和衍圣公府集超级大贵族、大官僚、大地主于一体的"千年圣裔府,天下第一家"的局面。衍圣公的国家职宾身份与圣裔影响,使得衍圣公府成了一台不停运转的庞大饮食机器,创造、累积了"衍圣公府食事"的历史辉煌,在约近5个世纪里留下了近万卷的有关食事的《衍圣公府档案》,成为中国历史上"钟鸣鼎食"贵族礼食制度的活标本。
