摘要
低温环境下,水套加热器对于备用柴油发电机组来讲是一个关键的元器件。它能否正常工作将影响备用机组在需要提供电力时能否快速成功起动。本文主要以雅柯斯公司生产的标准发电机组为研究对象,采用不同功率的水套加热器在相同工况和环境条件下进行加热试验并对试验结果进行对比分析,得到了一些技术参数用于指导水套加热器的选型。
Under the low temperature environment,the jacket water heater is one of the key components for standby diesel generator set. Whether it can work normally will affect that the standby unit can rapid success starting or not when the electrical power is required. This article will use AKSA company produced the standard generator as the research object,using the jacket water heater of different power to do heating test under the same work conditions and environmental conditions,and comparative analysis. Test results show that different power heater has different heating time,and small power heater cannot heated to preset temperature possibly,and obtained some technical parameters are used to guide the selection of water jacket heater.
