评价抗核抗体和抗核抗体谱联合检测诊断自身免疫性疾病的临床价值

Evaluation of the Clinical Value of Combined Detection of Antinuclear Antibodies and Antinuclear Antibodies in the Diagnosis of Autoimmune Diseases

目的对自身免疫性疾病进行诊断时选择抗核抗体和抗核抗体谱展开联合检测,对其临床价值进行评价。方法本研究选取的研究样本在我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的患有自身免疫性疾病的440例病人身上采集,对所有样本分别进行抗核抗体检测、抗核抗体谱检测、抗核抗体和抗核抗体谱联合检测,按照检测方法的不同对应分为对照组1、对照组2、试验组,对3组样本诊断结果采用统计学方法进行对比分析。结果分析结果表示,试验组诊断准确率均高于对照组1、对照组2,其中对照组1诊断准确率最低,统计学比较均存在明显差异P<0.05。结论针对于患有自身免疫性疾病的病人来说采取抗核抗体和抗核抗体谱联合进行检测,具有更好的诊断效果,可以提高检出率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of anti-nuclear antibody and anti-nuclear antibody spectrum in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases. Methods 440 patients with autoimmune diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were collected. A total of 440 samples were collected for anti-nuclear antibody test. Nuclear antibody detection, antinuclear antibody and anti-nuclear antibody spectrum detection, according to different detection methods are divided into control group 1, control group 2, the experimental group, the three groups of diagnostic results using a statistical method for comparative analysis. Results The results of the analysis indicated that the diagnostic accuracy rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2, of which the control group 1 had the lowest diagnostic accuracy and the statistical difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of antinuclear antibodies and antinuclear antibodies against patients with autoimmune diseases, combined with detection, has better diagnostic results, can improve the detection rate.
