Construction and Application of Emergency Nursing Quality System

急诊科室因自身工作性质的特殊性,存在较多的护理问题。对此,笔者所在医院选择在制度上进行体系的建设,发挥护士长个人魅力,强化护理人员业务意识,建设学习型、亲民型护理团队,使得护理质量有进一步的提高。护士长应该是公正无私的,对下属充满爱护,对护理事业拥有献身精神,个人是清正廉洁的,下属提出的意见和建议应该认真听取,注重对下属的培养,善于调动护士的积极性,建设出一支具有向心力、凝聚力的队伍。在急诊科室中,选择制度和温情并存的管理模式,重视护士长的领头作用,对护理人员进行多方位的培训,展开换位思考模式,进而提高护理人员的主人翁意识,促进护理管理体系的建设。

Due to the particularity of the nature of the work of emergency department, there are more nursing problems. In this regard, the hospital where I choose to institutionalize the system, to play a personal charm of nurses, nursing staff to strengthen business awareness, building learning, people-oriented nursing team, making the quality of care to be further improved. Head nurses should be impartial, full of love for subordinates, dedication to the cause of care, individuals are clean and honest, subordinates opinions and suggestions should be carefully listened to, pay attention to the cultivation of subordinates, be good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of nurses, build a team with centripetal force and cohesion. In the emergency department, we choose the management system of both system and warmth, attach great importance to the leading role of head nurses, train nurses in various aspects and change the mode of empathy, so as to improve nursing staff＇s sense of ownership and promote the construction of nursing management system.
