浅谈在医院感染控制中手术室细节护理管理的价值研究

Study on the Value of Operation Room Detail Nursing Management in Hospital Infection Control

目的探究在医院感染控制中手术室细节护理管理的价值研究。方法随机选取我院于2016年10月至2017年9月收治的300例患者作为总体研究对象,并分成两组,实验组和对照组各150例,对照组采用手术室常规护理管理,实验组采用手术室细节护理管理,观察两组在医院感染方面的情况和对细节护理的满意度。结果实验组患者的感染率是4.0%优于对照组的16.7%,差异具有统计学意义,而且实验组的总满意度也比对照组的高,差异同样有意义。结论在医院感染的控制中,手术室细节护理管理的效果良好,能够大大提升患者对临床治疗的满意度,可以提高护理质量,还能降低医院感染的发生率,同时还能让患者早日痊愈、缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the value of detail nursing management in operating room in nosocomial infection control. Methods Randomly selected our hospital in October 2016 to September 2017 to treat 300 patients as a whole study, and divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group of 150 cases, the control group used routine nursing management in the operating room, the experimental group adopted the detail nursing management in the operation room, observed two groups in the hospital infection aspect and to the detail nursing satisfaction. Results The infection rate of the patients in the experimental group was 4.0% superior to 16.7% of the control group. the difference was statistically significant, and the total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion In the control of nosocomial infection, the effect of detail nursing management in operating room is good, which can greatly improve patients＇ satisfaction to clinical treatment, and improve nursing quality, also can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection, but also to enable patients to recover early, shorten the length of hospital stay, it is worth clinical promotion.
