多发开放性骨折的手术室护理措施分析

目的研究多发开放性骨折的手术室护理措施。方法从2015年的6月到2017年的6月取材并开展本次研究,所选取开放性骨折患者总计42例,这些患者均在我院接受手术治疗,抽取其中21例患者使用传统方法进行护理,将其划分为对照组,剩余的21例患者在手术室急救中落实具有针对性的系统护理干预措施,将其划分为观察组,记录不同护理方法下完成手术治疗工作所需时间以及患者的身体恢复情况。结果观察组患者完成手术所需时间以及手术后患者的身体恢复情况与对照组进行比较均具有明显优势,观察组患者对整个护理工作的认可情况与对照组进行比较明显较好(P<0.05)。结论具有针对性护理措施的落实,减少了各类意外事件的发生,让手术治疗工作能够顺利进行,完成手术所需时间明显减少,手术治疗的治疗效果以及患者的身体恢复速度均显著提升,具有较高的应用价值,应当落实于开放性骨折患者的手术治疗中。

Objective To study the operating room nursing measures for multiple open fractures. Methods From June 2015 to June 2017, we collected and conducted this study. Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing measures reduces the occurrence of various types of accidents, enables the successful operation of surgical treatment, significantly reduces the time required to complete the operation, significantly improves the therapeutic effect of the surgical treatment and the recovery rate of the patient＇s body, It has high application value and should be implemented in surgical treatment of patients with open fractures.
