摘要
目的评价用药教育在提高患者用药依从性方面的价值,为针对患者的用药干预工作提供参考。方法选择我院收治的呼吸内科患者150例作为实验对象,按照随机数字表法分为各75例的对照组和实验组两组。对照组患者自行按照说明服用药物,实验组患者于用药前安排药师参与临床用药指导,对比两组呼吸内科患者用药依从性情况。结果实验组患者用药总依从率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论用药教育的实施,可以帮助患者更为客观、合理地用药,提高患者用药依从率,具有实施价值。
Objective To evaluate value of medication education in improving patient's medication compliance, and provide references for drug intervention aiming at patients. Methods Choose 150 patients in respiratory medicine department of our hospital as experimental objects. According to random digital table method, divide them into control and experimental group, 75 cases in each. Control group took medicine according to instructions, and experimental group was treated with clinical medication guidance of pharmacist before taking medicine. Compare medicine compliance of two groups. Results Total compliance rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group, with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion medicine education can help patients to apply medicine more objectively and rationally, improve compliance rate of patients, which is of practicla value.
