综合护理干预在提高喉癌术后患者生存质量中的应用

The Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Improving the Quality of Life of Patients after Laryngectomy

目的探讨喉癌术后患者生存质量的改变,以提供有效的护理干预及康复指导,提高其生存质量。方法选取确诊为喉癌并行全喉或部分喉切除手术治疗患者40例,根据入院时间顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组20例。两组患者临床治疗方案一致,对照组遵医嘱给予常规专科护理,研究组患者实施综合护理干预。应用华盛顿医科大学生存质量量表(UW—QOL)对两组患者的术后当日、术后7d、出院当日生存质量进行评估。结果两组患者术后当日QOL评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),出院当日QOL值均有明显升高,研究组患者升高幅度较对照组更为显著(P<0.01)。结论实施针对性的系统护理干预能显著提高喉癌术后患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the change of survival quality of patients with laryngeal cancer surgery, in order to provide effective nursing intervention and rehabilitation guidance, improve the quality of life. Methods Selection of diagnosis of laryngeal cancer parallel throat all or partial laryngectomy 40 patients with surgical treatment, according to admission time sequence they were divided into control group and research group, 20 cases in each group. Two groups of patients with clinical treatment, control group given routine nurse inaccordance with the doctor＇s advice, the research group patients were given implementation of comprehensive nursing. Medical university life quality scale application of Washington（UW-QOL）, the patients with postoperative day, 7 days after operation, the quality of life on the day of discharge were evaluated. Results There was no statistical difference in QOL scores on the day after operation in the two groups（P〉0.05）, the QOL value increased significantly on the day of discharge, the increase of the patients in the research group was more significant than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Implement targeted system nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of postoperative survival in patients with laryngeal cancer.
