预见性护理防止早期肝性脑病病情加重价值分析

Predictive Nursing Value Analysis to Prevent Aggravating of Early Hepatic Encephalopathy

目的研究分析预见性护理在临床中防止早期肝性脑病病情加重的价值。方法选择于2016年10月至2017年11月到我院接受治疗的58例早期肝性脑病患者,遵照随机分配法则,分为对照组(n=29)与观察组(n=29),给予对照组行常规护理,给予观察组行预见性护理,比较两组患者病情加重率以及病死率情况。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的病情加重率以及病死率情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,给予早期肝性脑病患者行预见性护理,能够有效防止其病情加重,并且减少病死率,保证生命健康安全,具有重要的作用以及意义,应当大量推广。

Objective To study the value of predictive nursing in the early stage of clinical hepatic encephalopathy. Methods 58 patients with early-onset sensory encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control group（n=29） and observation group（n=29）, give the control group routine care, give the observation group line predictive care, compared two groups of patients exacerbation rate and case fatality rate. Results After treatment, patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical practice, early nursing care of patients with early hepatic encephalopathy can effectively prevent the exacerbation of illness and reduce the mortality and ensure the health and safety of life, which plays an important role and significance. It should be widely promoted.
