盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗支气管肺炎的疗效

Clinical Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Bronchopneumonia

目的总结探讨盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的80例支气管肺炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组各40例,其中对照组接受常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上应用盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗,观察两组治疗前后呼吸频率、血氧饱和度等改善情况,记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总疗效97.50%明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的呼吸频率(23±3)次/min明显低于对照组、血氧饱和度(96.2±1.1)%明显高于对照组,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在支气管肺炎常规治疗中辅助使用盐酸氨溴索可提高临床治疗效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of bronchopneumonia. Methods80 cases of bronchial pneumonia patients in our hospital were selected as the research object, according to the different treatment were divided into observation group and control group of 40 cases, the control group received routine treatment, patients in the observation group on the basis of routine treatment with ambroxol adjuvant therapy, two groups were observed before and after treatment of respiratory frequency, blood oxygen saturation to improve the situation, the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were recorded. Results The clinical treatment effect of observation group 97.50% was significantly higher than the control group,（P〈0.05）; respiration rate of observation group after treatment（23±3）/min was significantly lower than the control group, blood oxygen saturation（96.2±1.1）%, significantly higher than the control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ambroxol HCl can be used to improve the clinical effect in the routine treatment of bronchopneumonia.
