小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的效果研究

The Effect of Low Dose Dopamine Combined with Dobutamine for Adjuvant Treatment of Severe Pneumonia in Children

目的对治疗小儿重症肺炎使用小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺辅助治疗的实际效果进行研究分析。方法选择2015年8月至2017年8月在我院进行治疗的小儿重症肺炎患儿共42例作为研究分析对象,将所有患儿随机分为观察组、对照组,对照组使用常规方式进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺进行治疗,将两组患儿治疗后的生命体征以及治疗总有效率进行对比。结果在治疗后患儿的心率、呼吸方面,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),在治疗总有效率方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在治疗小儿重症肺炎中使用小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺辅助治疗有显著疗效,明显降低患儿的心率、呼吸,在临床上治疗中值得推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the practical effect of adjuvant therapy with low dose dopamine and dobutamine in the treatment of pediatric severe pneumonia. Methods A total of 42 children with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected as research objects. All children were randomly divided into observation group, control group and control group using conventional methods. The patients in the observation group were treated with low-dose dopamine combined with dobutamine in the control group. The vital signs of the two groups were compared with the total effective rate after treatment. Results The heart rate and respiration rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant significance. Conclusion In the treatment of severe pneumonia in children with low-dose dopamine plus dobutamine adjuvant therapy has a significant effect, significantly reduce the children＇s heart rate, respiration, in the clinical treatment worth promoting application.
