观察氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果

To Observe the Effect of Amlodipine Atorvastatin Calcium on Patients with Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察分析临床中给予高血压合并冠心病患者行氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的效果。方法选择120例高血压合并冠心病患者,遵照随机分配法则,平均分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),给予对照组行硝苯地平控释片进行治疗,给予观察组行氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗之后的临床效果以及总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)指标水平。结果经过治疗后,观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)指标水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床中治疗高血压合并冠心病患者行氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,效果令人满意,而且能够明显改善其总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标情况,具有借鉴、实用的价值。
