优化急诊护理流程在抢救急性心肌梗死患者中的应用

The Application of Optimizing Emergency Nursing Process in Rescuing Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的观察急诊护理流程在救治急性心肌梗死患者中的应用,探索规范化的急诊护理路径。方法对2016年10月至12月共116例患者观察组采用优化的急救流程,并与常规护理的2016年7月至9月共96例患者作为对照组进行比较分析。结果观察组院内首份心电图时间、急诊滞留时间、心梗三项时间、D2B时间显著短于对照组(均P<0.05),急诊PCI人数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理流程的优化显著缩短了急性心肌梗死患者各项检查及等候时间,为急诊患者行PCI治疗赢得了宝贵的时间。

Objective To observe the application of emergency nursing process in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）. To explore standardized approaches to emergency care. Methods From October 2016 to December, a total of 116 patients were selected. The observation group was given the optimized first aid process, and 96 patients were compared with the conventional nursing from July 2016 to September. Results The first ECG time, emergency detention time, three time of myocardial infarction and D2 B time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（all P〈0.05）, and the number of emergency PCI was more than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The optimization of emergency nursing process shortens the examination and waiting time of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and has gained valuable time for PCI treatment of emergency patients.
