观察心理护理在甲状腺癌术后行^(131)I治疗患者中的应用

Observation of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Thyroid Cancer After ^(131)I Treatment

目的分析心理护理在甲状腺癌术后行^(131)I治疗患者中的应用。方法选取2017年2月至2018年1月在我院接受手术治疗的患者50例作为研究对象,将这50例患者按照随机数字法分为实验组和常规组。常规组采用常规护理措施,实验组在常规组基础上采用心理护理。对比两组患者在医护后对于相关知识的掌握以及对护理服务的评价。结果实验组患者对疾病基础知识、放射防护相关知识的掌握率均显著高于常规组,数据差异显著,达到统计学意义标准(P<0.05);通过不同的护理服务之后,实验组体检者对护理的总满意率(96.0%)显著高于常规组者体检对护理的总满意率(76.0%),数据差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在甲状腺癌术后行^(131)I治疗患者中的应用效果显著,能够有效提高患者对于医护行为的认可度,间接提升患者生存质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application of psychological nursing in patients with 131I after thyroid cancer surgery. Methods 50 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects, the 50 patients were divided into experimental group and conventional group according to random number method. The conventional group adopted the routine nursing measures, and the experimental group adopted the psychological nursing based on the routine group. Statistics and comparison of two groups of patients for the relevant knowledge of the mastery and satisfaction of nursing services. Results In the experimental group, the mastery rates of the basic knowledge of the disease and the relevant knowledge of radiological protection were significantly higher than those of the conventional group（P〈0.05）. After the different nursing services, the test group The total satisfaction rate of nursing（96.0%） was significantly higher than that of the regular group（76.0%）. The data showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing in patients with thyroid cancer after 131I treatment has a significant effect, indirectly improve patient quality of life, is worthy of clinical promotion.
