手术室心理护理干预对椎间孔镜手术患者的影响

Effect of Operating Room Psychological Nursing Intervention on Patients Undergoing Foraminotomy Operation

目的研讨椎间孔镜手术患者接受手术室心理护理干预的临床价值。方法以我院行椎间孔镜手术治疗的45例患者为观察对象并随机分组,Ⅰ组按常规标准进行指导及干预,Ⅱ组在上述处理下施行手术室心理护理干预,观察分析两组患者的情绪状况、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果与Ⅰ组的总满意度(80.0%)相比,Ⅱ组在接受干预后的护理总满意度(96.0%)显著提升,比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。干预前,两组使用VAS、SDS及SAS量表评测,各项量表评测值相比无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后,Ⅱ组各项量表评测值相比Ⅰ组均显著降低,比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在椎间孔镜手术患者的临床护理服务中开展手术室心理护理,能够明显减轻患者的疼痛、缓解其心理负担,同时对科室整体服务质量的提升也具有促进作用,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of intervening psychological nursing in operating room under the operation of transforaminal endoscopic surgery. Methods 45 cases of transforaminal endoscopic surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Group Ⅰ was guided and intervened according to routine criteria; group Ⅱ was administered under the above treatment Operating room psychological care intervention, the degree of pain and nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with the total satisfaction（80.0%） in group Ⅰ, the total satisfaction（96.0%） in group Ⅱ after intervention was significantly increased（P〉0.05）. Before intervention, the two groups were evaluated by VAS, SDS and SAS scale. There was no significant difference between the two scales（P〈0.05）. After intervention, the scores of each scale in group Ⅱ were significantly lower than those in group Ⅰ, there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is worth recommending that carrying out operation room psychological care in clinical nursing service of patients undergoing foramenoscopic surgery can significantly reduce the pain of patients and relieve their psychological burden.
