探讨延续性护理模式在重度痔疮术后的应用效果

To Explore the Effect of Continuation Nursing Mode after Severe Hemorrhoids Surgery

目的了解重度痔疮术治疗患者接受延续性护理模式的临床价值及推广意义。方法选于2017年6月至2018年1月在本院接受外科手术治疗的重度痔疮患者46例为分析对象,编序并将其以各组23例分为常规组和延续组,对应常规重度痔疮术围术期护理、联合延续性护理模式。对比不同护理模式下重度痔疮术患者相关临床数据并归纳延续性护理模式对此类患者的临床效果。结果术后随访期间延续组患者并发症情况发生率显著低于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);延续组患者住院平均时间以及所需费用指标相对于常规组有显著优越性(P<0.05);延续性护理下患者对服务质量满意度显著高于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度痔疮术治疗患者联合延续性护理模式对患者术后并发症有良好的控制效果,缩短患者康复所需时间,减轻经济负担,提高患者对医院服务满意度,构建和谐医疗环境,值得临床推广。

Objective To understand the clinical value and generalization of the continuous care model in patients with severe acne. Methods 46 patients with severe acne who were selected for surgery between June 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were analyzed. They were sequenced and divided into two groups： conventional and continuation groups. Severe hemorrhoids surgery perioperative care, joint continuity of care model. To compare the clinical data of patients with severe acne surgery under different care models and to summarize the clinical effects of continuation care models on these patients. Results The incidence of complications in the continuation group was significantly lower than that of the routine group during follow-up（P〈0.05）. The duration of hospitalization and the cost of the extended group were significantly superior to those of the routine group（P〈0.05）; Continuing nursing patients＇ satisfaction with service quality was significantly higher than that of the routine group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined continuous nursing model for patients with severe acne surgery has good control effect on postoperative complications, and builds a harmonious medical environment, worthy of clinical promotion
