摘要 从激光切割机的切割原理出发,分析激光切割的特点。根据其特点,尽可能全面地实验研究市面上主流板材使用激光切割的可行性,重点关注无法使用激光加工的板材,将无法加工或加工质量低下的板材进行归纳总结,对其原因进行深入分析,并提出相应的改进方案。 Based on the principle of laser cutting,we analyze its processing characteristics.According to the specification,the feasibility of various board materials for the laser cutting is analyzed.The work aims to find out the materials that cannot be processed by laser cutting,classify the phenomena,and explain the reasons causing the failures or low qualities of laser cutting.Schemes are proposed to improve the processing effect.
