摘要
搭建了一套以返波振荡器(BWO)为辐射源的太赫兹透射式系统。通过高莱探测器、数字锁相放大器等完成测试信号的探测和存储,在LabVIEW编程环境下,完成配合系统硬件工作的软件平台的编写,利用VISA模块实现对下位机的参数设置以及数据采集工作。利用这套系统进行了单频和扫频实验,分别测试了不同葡萄糖溶液浓度的透过率。结果表明,葡萄糖溶液对太赫兹波有透过特征峰,不同浓度葡萄糖溶液对太赫兹波的吸收不一样。该研究为以后基于BWO的太赫兹生物传感器研究提供了参考。
A set of terahertz transmission system with back wave oscillator(BWO)as the radiation source is built.The detection and storage of test signal are completed through digital lock-in amplifier and Golay cell.The software platform cooperating with hardware platform is programmed with LabView,which uses VISA module to achieve the parameter setting and data acquisition of a slaver computer.The measurement of transmission at different glucose solution concentrations is accomplished with this system under single and multiple frequency circumstances.The result shows that glucose solution has distinct characteristic transmission peak in terahertz and the glucose solution with different concentrations has different transmission by terahertz wave.Our research is aim to provide future research on terahertz biological sensor based on BWO as a reference.
