摘要
针对国内某核电厂常规岛罗茨风机接地故障导致配电盘越级跳事件,结合电机检查和保护动作情况,分析了电机保护配置和定值整定情况,查找出越级跳的根本原因,提出可行的解决方案,以避免后续发生类似事件,提高常规岛配电盘供电的可靠性。
For an override trip event of the switchboard of a nuclear conventional island caused by the grounding fault of roots fan in China,according to the motor inspection and protection action records,the configuration and setting of motor protection are analyzed,and basic reasons of override trip are found out.The feasible solutions are proposed to prevent similar failure and to improve the reliability of the switchboard of nuclear conventional island.
