注射用奥美拉唑钠在不同输液中的稳定性考察

Study on the stability of omeprazole sodium for injection in different infusion

目的:对注射用奥美拉唑钠在不同输液中的稳定性进行考察。方法:在不同等量的多种输液中分别加入一定量的注射奥美拉唑钠,摇匀后,在不同的时间内对药液的颜色及澄清程度进行考察。结果:输液在pH>5进行加药后的2 h内,是相对较稳定的。且输液pH值越低,药液就会越快变色,且其药液比较不稳定。同时不同输液的pH值在加入注射用的奥美拉唑钠以后,其pH值都出现了增高的现象。结论:在对注射用奥美拉唑钠进行配置的过程中,可以选择pH 5~8输液,另外最好在需要使用的时候再进行配用,保证输液的质量。

Objective：To investigate the stability of omeprazole sodium for injection in different infusion.Methods：A certain amount of omeprazole sodium was injected into different equal amounts of infusion.After shaking,the color and clarity of the liquid were effectively investigated at different times.Results：Infusion more than pH 5 within 2 h after dosing was relatively stable.And the lower the pH value of the infusion,the liquid would have a fast discoloration,and its liquid was not stable.At the same time,the p H value of different infusion in the injection of omeprazole sodium,the pH value of the phenomenon had increased.Conclusion：In the process of configuring omeprazole sodium for injection,pH 5～8 infusion can be selected,and the best time to use it is to ensure the quality of transfusion.
