术前应用人工泪液对飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后泪膜及干眼的影响

The effect of artificial tear on tear film and dry eye after LASIK operation by femtosecond laser

目的:探讨术前应用人工泪液对飞秒激光制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术术后泪膜及干眼的影响。方法:收治行飞秒激光制瓣LASIK的患者307例(605眼),根据术前是否应用人工泪液分为对照组148例(292眼)和研究组159例(313眼)。对照组术前未应用人工泪液,研究组术前应用人工泪液。结果:研究组术后1周、1个月干眼症状评分、SIt均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1周、1个月、3个月BUT评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1周、1个月、3个月FL评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术前应用人工泪液可促进飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后泪膜的恢复,减轻患者术后干眼症状,提高患者术后舒适度与视觉质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of artificial tear on tear film and dry eye after laser in situ keratomileusis by laser in situ keratomileusis.Methods：A total of 307 patients（605 eyes） with LASIK made by femtosecond laser were enrolled.According to whether artificial tears were applied before operation,they were divided into the control group with 148 cases（292 eyes） and the study group with 159 cases（313 eyes）.The control group did not use artificial tears before operation,while the study group used artificial tears before operation.Results：the dry eye symptom score and SIt in the study group were better than those in the control group at 1 weeks and 1 month after the operation（P〈0.05）.The BUT scores in the study group 1 weeks, January and March were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the FL scores in the study group at 1 weeks,1 month and 3 months were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of artificial tears can promote the recovery of tear film after LASIK,reduce dry eye symptoms and improve postoperative comfort and visual quality.
