连续性血液净化治疗危重疾病合并严重ARDS的临床研究

Clinical study of continuous blood purification in the treatment of critical diseases with severe ARDS

目的:研究连续性血液净化治疗危重疾病合并严重ARDS的临床效果。方法:收治危重疾病合并严重ARDS患者120例,随机平分两组。对照组采用常规的治疗方式,观察组采用连续性血液净化方式进行治疗。观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:在治疗72 h之后,观察组患者WBC、PCT、内毒素、BUN、SCr、ATL以及尿量等生化指标明显下降,并低于对照组生化指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:连续性血液净化对危重疾病合并严重ARDS患者有很好的治疗效果,有效改善了患者的生命质量,有利于减少患者治疗中的痛苦。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of critically ill patients with severe ARDS.Methods：120 critically ill patients with severe ARDS were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group used conventional treatment.The observation group treated with continuous blood purification.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results：After 72 hours of treatment,the WBC,PCT,endotoxin,BUN,SCr,ATL as well as urine volume and other biochemical indicators of the observation group decreased significantly,and lower than the control group biochemical indicators,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Continuous blood purification has a good therapeutic effect on critically ill patients with severe ARDS.It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and help reduce the pain in patients.
