无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with type Ⅱ respiratory failure

目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:收治COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用无创呼吸机正压通气治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率、住院时间、PaO_2、PaCO_2、HR、RR指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗联合无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods：120 patients with COPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,in the observation group,the effective rate of treatment,the time of hospitalization,PaO_2,PaCO_2,HR,RR were all significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of conventional therapy combined with noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of COPD with type Ⅱrespiratory failure was significant.
